Me With More Hair

Me With More Hair

Have you bought enough ebooks and “know everything” about making money online but just aren’t quite making what you should yet?

I can help you develop a sound business plan that actually works.

But first of all, why would you even consider paying me to help you with your business?

Who am I, and what’s so great about me that makes me worthy of your trust?

Good question!

Here are some answers…

1- I’ve spent well over 10 thousand dollars on personal coaching and realized that it’s pretty rare to find an effective coach.

Some coaches are just coaches with no marketing successes, and some are coaches with marketing experience in certain areas only.

Some coaches throw mind-altering nonsensical fluff at you thinking they’re retraining your brain towards the success mindset.

But what I see that people want is real results now, not some intangible, long-term never-gonna-see-the-light-of-day concepts that don’t bear fruit.

What you want and need is someone who’s going to help you with the practical and technical aspects of building your business, as well as the mental aspects…

2- Some coaches don’t know what it’s like to run a membership site, even though membership sites are essential parts of the most basic marketing sales funnels. Some coaches might tell you to build one and promote it, but if they have no experience with membership sites, how can they help you manage it and promote it properly?

I own and maintain 4 membership sites, 3 of which are listed here

Here are few tips I learned once I stopped listening to coaches who didn’t know s***t about running membership sites.

Doing SEO for membership sites is a mistake, and there’s really no reason to get backlinks galore for a membership site when they don’t convert nearly as well as squeeze pages and one-time-fee products like ebooks you pay for once.

Also, it’s far better to offer the first month or week’s membership for free since people are getting into a subscription payment plan here and not exactly sure if things are going to work out for them, so a free trial period seems to work best here.

3- Most coaches with previous marketing expereince and successes usully can only help you to use the methods that got them to where they are today. This is an important concept to absorb, because it’s living proof that a focus on one type of business model is what will end up working for you.

My previous 3 coaches do well with their business models, and I do well with mine, and you just need to sort things out to see which business model works for you.

I’ve seen 3 types of coaches and their 3 business models, I did not feel comfortable doing any of those three.

One method involved selling an over-hyped product that under-delivered content-wise but was very effective at up-selling a higher-priced product.  What I liked about this method is that the marketing sales funnel used a true business-building model and not just creating a job whereby you must sell every day

However, the sales funnel in this business model relied too much upon selling an inferior product to further the sales funnel and up-sell. This method worked, and worked well, but to me business cannot always about money taken in, but about sending good content out, and really helping people.

Another coaches’ business model involved doing a lot of copywriting, ebook and product creation and being a constant, non-stop seller of products with no real back-end in place which means the moment you stop selling, you’re broke. This is kind of the Flavor-of-the-Day business model of selling the latest and greatest products to dreamers.

The serial ebook production and creation and promotion seemed more like a job than  business so I took parts of it that I liked and made it my own.

The third coaches’ business model was to write blog posts that helped build his authority, then charging big bucks for coaching, but over-charging for products that weren’t really superior.

If you can pull it off (charging big bucks for products you can get elswhere for less) there’s nothing wrong with that I guess and that’s where copywriting comes in.

All 3 coaches were copywriters, and all 3 business models work, but my own personal business model is a mixture of the three mentioned above.

I write long blog posts that help express some of my authority and personal knowledge (from coach and business model #3), plus I do have marketing funnels in place (from coach and business model #1), and I do create top quality ebooks for sale and promotion (from coach and business model #2).

The point here is that I know about a lot of business models, and have tried enough of them to figure out what works best for me.

I will work with you to find out what type of business model works for you, then we go develop that business model, plain and simple.

This is personal coaching, not some cookie-cutter approach that tells everyone the same thing…

4- A lot of coaching programs cost big bucks because so much time is spent talking, chatting and plus there’s the “getting to know you” factor which takes time, too. My coaching program is different in that you get a site built for you, some backlinks towards those sites built up automatically, an SEO analysis of your site once it’s finished, a customized marketing plan made specifically for your business, and of course, personal one-on-one coaching via email, and Skype.

What if you don’t have Skype, and don’t want to get it even though it’s free to use?

If you can’t see yourself doing something as simple as getting a free program installed on your machine in order to advance your business, then you’re not coachable, plain and simple.

The only times I proactively seek new students is when enrollment goes down. and enrollment should go down once in a while if I’m doing my job properly. After all, this isn’t a lifetime subscription but a chance to improve and grow your business and if I do my job, you won’t need me forever, or for long.

Before you decide to join, just make a commitment to yourself to take the productive actions I will be recommending to you

Dan
