Hey Mat,

ALB is going to be a charged-for service as soon as I get the network filled up, which is coming along nicely. Also, the people who joined ALB but didn't add sites will be deleted from network, service/system etc... too so everyone's gotta get up to speed there and not disregard this 27-47/month service just because it's free (still...).

I know what ALB is capable of providing, but my "engineer" said that he wants to make it part x-way linking, part what BLS, LinkVana, NGL etc... do, but...

BUT... with inherent features that help with this >>> http://increasewebsitetraffictips.com/82-webmasters-link-acqusition-wrong

Charles does seem like a really good guy. Nothing but professional comments. My issue wasn't so much spidering (which WAS frustrating), but with the network quality and size. It just seemed like less an automated service and more a facilitated link / traffic exchange.

You know, I never had a problem with my Linkvana posts. The bulk start counting within one to two days. Only one site caused problems with a few week delay.

So what's the scoop with your AutomatedLinkBuilding service? How many more spots before you start charging? I ask because I have a product coming out, and being able to recommend an easy-to-use, inexpensive, effective backlink service will be gold. Linkvana will be a tough sell for some of the folks coming in the doors.

yeah I agree some of those selling points are a joke! I didn't realize you only got one project or website worked on. That is a bit ridiculous. May be worth it if you got to have mutiple websites worked on simultaneously, but unfortunately, you don't.

497 huh?

And you only get 1 project at a time worked on? I don't think so...

Let's say you get backlinks to all your sites for 100-150/month.

Let's say you pay a writer 350/month to write all your articles and backlink blurbs for you.

That's about 10 projects that get worked on for same price, albeit without the unnecessary search engine submissions, what a joke that is http://danielmcgonagle.name/paying-for-website-submissions-what-a-joke

Best thing you can learn for that sales page is all the normal effective ways of getting traffic

Have you seen the new service at trafficsage.com? Looks cool, but the $497 is a bit high. They also have a $297 deal they pop up when you try to leave the site. I would like to give their service a whirl, but with a price that high it would be an expensive test!

Yes, these link building services are supposed to save us time, but I also like to do things all at once, too so I WILL be in front of PC when spidering process begins.

Most NeuroLinker promoters mention nothing about those spammy sites because they're trying to recoup their monthly fees via promotion, sad to say...

Anyhoo, BackLink Solutions is working even better than before, and I'm using their low-end membership level.

RE: NGL, Give Charles some time... they're going to make the spidering process a moot point soon, which is the only reason I have stayed away.

RE: the time of the links in/out, I'm really not well versed on that since I was only a member for a short while, but linkbuilding is a process that takes time anyways. If you join LinkVana, ever you'll see how long it takes to get your first active backlinks... it takes a while because things are getting set up, and presumably, your sites are being reviewed.

So, if NGL takes a while to get you links, I think that's not very important, because even with 1WL, it still takes a while for things to happen, and even if you DID get links right away, it usually takes time for SEs to update rankings.

Charles from NGL is a nice guy, real nice guy... he knows his stuff amd I think NGL will continue to improve

Dan, I had the same experience with NextGenLinks. Spidering was terribly frustrating, outbound link building was slow, and the network quality is very low at this point. It looks so promising too -- I do plan to check them out in the future, but they will have some growing pains before they get better.

I posted a VERY long review of my experience with their service if you or your readers are interested.

http://www.groundswellpublishing.com/i-cancelled-nextgenlinks-heres-why/

I also use Neurolinker, but am a little put off by the sheer quantity of spammy sites I have to link out to, even when setting my relevance to moderate and high. Linkvana is the only network I'm 100% pleased with, but it's so damn expensive!

Rich, I quit NextGen Links because it was taking way too much of my time. Well, not them, but their site spidering process.

I am waiting back to hear about the spidering process bering updated to work at a faster clip. Once that happens I will rejoin and post a follow up review

Hey Richard, they have a pretty good system there, and it's pretty effective. There's an "issue". in my opinion, with how long their spidering process takes, but they intend to make that a non-issue at some point, and when that's cleared up, I will probably add them in to my portfolio of Link Building services that I use. You don't need a lot of link building services, just 1 or 2 maybe.

I am testing BackLinks Solutions right now, and I'm not pleased with it, but will give it another 30 days to bear fruit or cancel there.

Next Gen seems like it will be good though... :)

You should also join http://automatedlinkbuilding.com while it's still FREE :)

Thanks,

Dan,

Someone sent me a link to nextgenlinks and it looked interesting. I google searched for a review and found your page. It's 6 weeks since you last posted.
Any other results & thoughts on nextgenlinks now?

Thanks,

Hey Matt,

it takes a while to see if a link building program works. Just like SEO methods take a while to bear fruit or take root.

Here are some Google search terms I was testing the NextGenLinks out with.

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&rlz=1T4GGIH_enUS277US278&q=automated+Marketing+Systems

http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&aq=h1&oq=a&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4GGIH_enUS277US278&q=automated+Marketing+System

My site right now is #2 for both terms, and more often than not it is #2, sometimes #3 or 4 there.

I doubt I'd reach #1 witohut a lot more effort because the site tha thas consistently been #1 for those terms has themain KWs in the domain name which is always really hard to beat.

You can also see how NextGenLinks puts the links on my site at this url (the one currently ranked #2 for those searches)

http://totalmarketingsystem.com

I'm not overly impressed by the number of links I get or how fast/slow they are pointing back to me, but this is going to be a complete linking system using a variety of link styles so it will be interesting to see how it pans out.

Thanks,
