MNF tells you SOC (strength of competition) keyword profitability (based on CPC from Google Adwords) and search volume is based on Google's KW tool.

Market Samurai has all that and in addition to keyword research, it provides a rank tracker, ways of finding content, and analyzies your competition.

In my opinion the most powerful keyword research is one that's over most people's heads, and its called Wordze.com I did some research to see if I was alone in my opinion of WordZe and as it turns out, WordZe is THE only tool consistently mentioned in the top 4 on all the lists I've seen

Dwayne, Market Samurai is better than MNF, but all these tools do really is make it convenient for you, to give you "snapshot assessments" of niches, keyword selection, competition... stuff like that.

When researching a niche you almost always end up manually searching for a term, and using human eyeballs to assess the real competition (the top 10 sites) then making judgment calls from there.

Micro Niche Finder was recommended by a marketing friend of mine but I was recently exposed to Market Samurai.
Have you done a thorough comparison of both products?
If so, I'd like to see your review.
