How To Determine Your ROI BEFORE Outsourcing.

Tough thing to assess prior to entering a niche, and for me it’s been a reactionary thing; when I realize I spent XXX number of dollars and hours to do some things I’m not really that good at, then I say YES, it’s a necessary task just not worth my time.

You have your head on straight that’s for sure… Yes, like the other 2 commenters noted, you need to know your ROI prior to outsourcing, or as you put it, you need to know what functions are more important, or less ROI-creating.

The way I like to do things, the way I actually got into outsourcing is to never buy products that teach you things, not anymore anyways, just buy into or invest in SERVICES that actually do something FOR YOU.

That’s the start of outsourcing.

First I wanted to say that you are one of the people I have encountered in my brief internet marketing career who comes across as a pretty straight shooter.

I agree, outsourcing is a good idea but for me, at least in the beginning, I feel that I have to do things myself, so I learn what is required and which functions are more important than others. I also think you have to experience a little success before you are willing to start spending out of pocket $$$, even though as we all know – time is money.
